At MENT, each texture art piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and created with careful attention to detail. We take great pride in the uniqueness and craftsmanship of every item we produce. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Our pieces are individually created with care, which means small variations are part of their charm and uniqueness. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing your order to understand our approach to returns, damages and cancellations.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to support you if an issue arises with your delivery.
1. Returns
Because all MENT pieces are handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, color preference or aesthetic expectations. We encourage customers to review product photos, dimensions and descriptions carefully before placing an order. Each artwork is created with care and slight variations in texture, tone or finish are natural and intended as part of the piece’s handmade character.
Returns are only accepted in the rare case that the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and protecting each piece for transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
If this occurs:
Please email us at operations.ment@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage (including packaging if relevant).
We will assess the claim and if eligible, offer a replacement of the same item, a repair or a full refund.
Please note: Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of items that:
Arrive damaged and cannot be replaced or repaired
Are lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping provider
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, as production may begin shortly afterward. To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at operations.ment@outlook.com with your order number.
After the 24-hour window, all sales are considered final, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
